Career Planner Refund Policy

At Career Planner, we value your trust and satisfaction.
We are fully committed to delivering all the classes and bonuses that we promise at the time of enrollment.
If, for any reason, we fail to conduct the committed classes or provide the mentioned bonuses,
you are fully eligible for a 100% refund (excluding government taxes) within 5 days of your purchase.

1️⃣ Eligibility:
If the committed live classes or promised bonuses are not delivered as mentioned during your enrollment,
you can request a full refund within 5 days from the date of purchase.
2️⃣ How to Request a Refund:

with your order details and a short explanation of your request.
3️⃣ Processing Time:
Once we receive your refund request, it will be processed within 5–7 business days,
and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Amount (After Tax Deduction)
Please note that while issuing the refund,
📌 applicable government taxes, payment gateway charges, or transaction fees will be deducted,
and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
This deduction is beyond our control and is processed as per government regulations.
Exclusions

Refunds will not be applicable once all committed classes and bonuses have been successfully delivered.

No refund will be issued for change of mind or personal circumstances after the course has started.
